I think it is a good series, with good comedy.
The girl has no common sense in the beginning, but slowly gets better. The retainer/guardian doesn't play a mayor role. He is just there to support the princess and he cares for her. He even helps the male lead when the guy needs it. The guardian just watch over the main leads and makes sure the male lead is respectful to the girl.
