A pretty fun series, overall, despite the breakneck pace in the 2nd half.

I recommend it.

Really great intro, some litte cliches here and there, like there being an organization which battles these weird aliens. However the direction of the plot and the inclusion of the wife also being an integral part of the story was great. I really liked how she wasnt like some princess needing to be saved and how she herself got to develop her personality throughout the story alongside her husband

The main problem im having is near the chapter 15 or so area, the cliches are becoming more apparent. Peeople who trianed much longer to counter these enemies are suddenly useless and lose to the enemy. The enemies are backed by a stronger power that forces them to retreat pre maturely despite them winning. Its yhose kinds of nitpicks i have wuth the plot. However i can always overlook it because of how great the plot and character and art is

By chapter 30 ish or so, you can feel the pacing being picked up to the point where they are rushing. However the ending is still satisfying, i just wished there were more situations of getting to know more of the characters better.

Regardlless a good manga read if you are in the mood for a couple who love eachother while saving the world
