From Chibi Manga:
A love-comedy story of a shikigami finally start!
3 Volumes (Complete)

Basically, the heroine gets the power to make people do what she wants them to do. Of course, she ends up using this on a guy she likes for his looks. She seems to think it's okay to force him to do things he doesn't want to and humiliate him just because he has a "bad personality." No girl, you have the bad personality here. His reaction to her is actually normal, if possibly even more civil than how most people would react.
I honestly couldn't read more than a few chapters of this before I had to stop. The heroine was really petty and I felt terrible for the guy. The story is completely not self-aware.
The storyline is bland, it's supposed to be comedy but it's not even funny, and worst of all, the characters are all unrelatable.
First up, you have the MC. She's clueless, bland, dumb, cowardly, innocent, and uninteresting. She judges men based on their looks and not their personality. She's just a typical shoujo lead. This was tagged with 'Dominant female lead'. If anything, she is a uke. There is nothing dominant about her.
Second, the blond guy. The guy she probably falls for. He's also a shell of a character and deserves to be dumped. He's arrogant, mean, and horrible to her. Of course, it's not his fault she made him her shikigami, he's like that to everyone. He never blushes or shows any emotion other than hatred, anger, or coldness.
Worse yet, from the way things are going, these two seem like they're going to end up together.
The only character I liked was the president of the occult club. He is the best guy for the protag but his feelings for her are one-sided. He's cute, fluffy, blushes a lot and is kind. But for some reason the author thinks that blondie is a better match for her.
