Description
As an unexpected descendant of a cursed family of mermaids, Eunwoo's only hope of survival is to never fall in love. I cannot with this one, barely 13 chapters in and Taeho is absolutely insufferable.
Eunwoo has every right to act the way he does, considering his crush told him no one will ever love him straight to his face and now said-crush has appeared before him like nothing ever happened.
I hollered when Taeho got punched, serves him friggin' right, punch him again.
I think the only way I'll be able to finish this is if I turn my brain off...

I don't even know what to say about this one. There was a lot missing to understand the plot and world-building, but the idea itself is actually nice. Especially the whole "keeping things ambiguous and mysterious to reveal it all in the end" just doesn't work with this author, it's just plain frustration. The main couple has little chemistry, which may be because of the little (non-existent/dysfunctional) communication they have, but it all gets resolved in the end with a few words.
This could have been a really good work, it had the right kind of drama, the right danymic of characters and a good idea to build on, but the depth of these aspects fell short.

I spend half of this manga being angry because of the MLs "on and off" behaviour and other stupid reasons. I knew why ML behaved the way that he did and he did get better but it didn't make it any less cruel.
BTW MC and the guy name Minwoo are like the only good characters of them all.
