First off I'll just state that review made by MLGSwag is not really correct since. The world setting is that people are either an Alpha, Beta or Omega. Beta are just normal people while Alpha's are people with special abilities and superhuman strength who can also us pheromones to force others into heat, Omega's especially while also being susceptible to pheromones from Omegas. Omega's on the other hand are normal humans outside of the fact that they from time to time go into heat for a few days and while in heat or horny they send out pheromones that attract alphas while also being forced into heat by alphas pheromones, on top of that while in heat if an alpha "tags" them by biting their neck then the alpha and omega will be bonded and the omegas heat will come under control. However while an alpha can walk away from the bond whenever an omega is bonded for life and upon being left behind by the alpha their heat will go haywire and they will stay in heat 24/7 for the rest of their life most omegas after being left by their alpha commits suicide. Also never really gone into detail but the explanation given is that all alphas has a D so FMC is a futanari though it would also seem like all omegas can get pregnant.
Now onto the story the premise here is that MC who is an omega pretends to be an alpha because omegas are basically seen as lower class citizens while alphas are the top dogs, FMC on the other hand is the highest alpha of them all but pretends to be an omega. MC is put in charge of training FMC at their workplace but FMC just doesn't care and eventually MC trying to pretend to be an alpha threatens to rape the FMC since sex is all an omega cares about. FMC then knocks out MC and goes on to rape him for real while finding out he's an omega and uses it as blackmail to continue raping him whenever she wants. Later on FMC also continues to rape several other characters through out the story, so while the MC threatened and might have even attempted to rape the FMC he never does while FMC rapes ppl left and right because she's an alpha and thats what they do, she is also for some reason next to immune to other peoples pheromones while hers are extra strong so she's easily able to put the MC unwillingly in heat while not being affected by his pheromones, she can also easily sniff out if someone is an alpha/beta/omega.
Overall this is a "love" story between an omega who wants to live as an alpha (being respected) and the troubled mega alpha, there isn't much love in the story far as I read since most of it is spent explaining the world and having the FMC + MC both act tsundere just that MC tries to live a normal life and not like a nympho like most omegas while FMC just mostly wants to play/sleep around but is also very possessive of the MC like most alphas.
There are some parts that really made me question what the author is smoking like how the FMC get's mad at the MC for hating being an omega and wants to live as an alpha which is because she doesn't like being an alpha. The thing though is that the MC being an omega is constantly at risk of being raped or unwillingly tagged which could lead to his death at any time, everthing he's done or is doing is seen as useless for the most part simply because he's an omega. FMC on the other hand is the strongest alpha born into the most noble + rich alpha clan in the world but because she was too strong her clan fears her and wants to push her down + control her so she ran away from home but because she's rich she doesn't really need to work or do anything except sleep around and her so called fatal flaw is that she can't sleep unless she's alone or with people she absolutely trust. Which the clan knows about which is why they try to weaken her and then make her sleep as little as possible since if not she can easily overpower the clan on her own.
But all in all this is an honestly weird story where the premise is pretty much that the MC is a guy but he's also a girl while the FMC is a girl but also a guy (like the FMC has periods but her periods are to create female sperm), the FMC also at one point mentions that their both stuck in the "wrong" body/gende sort of and the MC want's to live a normal life but is doomed to be a nympho while the FMC wants I don't know freedom😕
