Art is nice, storyline seems rushed!

I picked this up knowing that it won't turn out great, since the rating is quite low but well...it turns out that it's true after all! The storyline seems weird and jumbled up! It's like one second you see their love not developing, and all of a sudden they're all lovey dovey. It's so messed up. I can't even relate what's going on in this story. Although I like the art though.
