Abrupt ending, not that original but generally fun

I binge read this in a few hours, and what can I say, while I did enjoy it to a degree, it's nothing spectacular and not really memorable. There are several good things - I liked the MC; while not a top notch character, she wasn't overtly shameless or rude, the art was okay, and there are some feminist undertones, always a good thing in such manhuas (IMHO).

But as I already noted, these historical isekai gender benders are so similar you can mix them up easily (and I did, a few of them). That is why the ML, while a drool worthy bishonen with wonderful eyes, was truly a trope character the same in all other manhuas (war prince, strong, silent, smart, poisoned), and most of the background characters ar one dimensional and not even worth mentioning. And so many things were left unsolved in the end! Too abrupt! And the whole Prime Minister Manor shenanigans was so stupid, it lasted only two chapters and didn't achieve absolutely anything. But still I can't fault it too much, bottom line is a enjoyed reading it and it didn't disappoint me so much I dropped it, which happens when I really don't like something. With 20 more chapters and some more nuance in character development, less characters and more substance, it could have been better.

Overall, okay, don't think I'm gonna read it again, but still worthwhile!
