I checked this out because I liked the author's other work and 'm super disappointed. This is only superficially like Koda/Coda's other work, Mangaka to Yakuza. This is much more rapey and the "romance" is extremely unbelievable.
The summary is misleading. It's not lying but if you're like me, you probably read it assuming that the CEO and Shinoda (the male lead) are the same person. They're not. The CEO is a creepy old guy and Shinoda is his assistant (? Successor?? It's never really defined clearly.).

Creep CEO keeps the female lead locked up and isolated in a special apartment/building that he has just for his "lovers" while she pays off her debt. Shinoda (and maybe some maids) are the only outside contact she has with anyone.
