Yuzawa Ryoumi came to Tokyo to become a special effects actor. Dreaming of the day he would be popular with the ladies as a handsome hero, he was on his way to the store when water was splashed on him by his bicycle and he got soaked! Since he lives in an apartment without a bath, he went to the only nearby public bath to wash himself, where he met Nogami Shougo, the man from the bike he had seen earlier! He was going to get angry, but Shougo flattered him and he felt good... when suddenly, in the bath, Shogo touched him down there!
