Generally speaking you're probably better off reading a great completed series or one that is at least a dozen volumes in but if you want something new this one looks to be extremely promising.
The dialogue is significantly above the average isekai / tensei; the characters are promising (with the exception of the antagonists which are generic and boring BUT are a part of the story for such a short number of pages it doesn't matter much); the art-style is very well executed; etc.
The only real weakness I see is that the main story seems generic and largely uninteresting. But it looks like the manga will focus more on the characters themselves than on the grand epic story so I suspect that might not be a big problem.
