From Shinmakoku Scanlations:
One day, Shirou got a love confession from a pushy boy named Kuroda. Kuroda reminds him of his dog, from a long time ago. The younger student poked his heart in places he'd never suspected.

Another take on a very heavily overused trope by now, but I still like it a lot. Characters are pretty cute and the story does get to the point fairly straightforwardly without any detours in the forms of unnecessary drama or trite development. It stays true to its lighthearted nature and I like that.
Your typical-sweet-mellow high school love. The focus is on the two characters throughout and the narration is well paced, except for the ending part. I don't hold the total exclusion of everything else except these two as a bad thing in this manga, however I would have liked to see some more detailed background. I know it's very demanding, but rather than only showing Shiro and Kuro I would like to see what happens in the background as well even if it isn't directly a part of the story.
