Nothing else to say but after so many years and a lot more Josei smuts after this one is still on the top 3.

smut scenes are amazing. they have a wide age gap tho but the ML's looks doesn't make it seem like so. he's caring in his own way. i recommend if you want some short story smut.

This story is meant to be smut, but there's a surprisingly deep background story, and the characters are well portrayed with flesh.
The art is really pretty as well.
Too bad it's so short!

i began reading this out of curiosity and because of how beautiful the cover looked. usually, covers aren’t accurate depictions of the actual artwork. they either hugely overestimate the artist’s ability or underestimate it, diminishing the overall enjoyability, but this manhwa is different. each panel is wonderfully crafted, with gorgeous colors, clean lineart, stunning character designs, and flawless proportions.

the plot is intriguing and gripping. the author successfully sets up the atmosphere for political mischief and badassery right from the get-go. because i’ve only read a few chapters, i can only comment with a limited amount of authority, but the characters also seem decent so far. ML could be unhealthy and/or manipulative, though, judging from his vibe and from the tags. so i feel you’re looking for a healthy relationship with communication and mutual understanding and respect, you probably aren’t getting that… anytime soon, at least.

despite the good things i have to say about it, there are certain elements that may be uncomfortable for readers, some even for me, too. for one, this manhwa is not your typical light fantasy-romance read; from the very first chapter, the author makes it clear that there will be mature themes (besides the smut) in future chapters.

another thing is the age gap between the male and female leads. i personally am not comfortable with age gaps greater than 5 years, but if it’s done well, i’m open to reading it. however, Immoral Night takes the age gap trope to a whole other level. the two leads are more or less TWENTY years apart, perhaps even more. the ML is also the FL’s father-in-law, meaning that she married his SON before his son died (not a spoiler, don’t worry—we know this from the start). i dunno about you, but this manhwa is really stretching it for me. the few chapters i did manage to read made me a little apprehensive because of this.

but if you’re okay with these warnings, i highly recommend this manhwa from what i’ve read so far. the art is seriously a blessing to the eyes.
