There are a few stories that just stand out as one of a kind, and this story is certainly a unique, special experience. The characters are wonderful, the setting is mysterious, and every single facet of the story dynamically develops and increases in complexity. Intriguing, creepy, and tense, this story is giving me a thrill.

The author is a special existence that has the true superpower of creativity. The pitch black, sooty, somewhat terror inducing, charming, weird sh*t that I have read satisfies my growing craving for novelty. As a reader, I want to be fascinated by new concepts that I can't imagine or conceive of myself. This story has delivered.

The initial chapters will hook you with Art and once you reach a certain point, the plot starts to kick in and it becomes intense!!
Just give this one a go and you will not regret it.

The first chapters are a bit frustrating. You just see a little girl cleaning her shadow 'master' room and that sounds not very exciting. But after a few chapters when more characters start to appear, the mysteries of the mansion will hook you up

I'm a sucker for world building and this one is great. Really interesting premise, notes of Promised Neverland and perhaps Handmaid's Tale (without the sex). The art is also beautiful and conveys tension very well. Look forward to seeing how this series pans out.
