Description

A sole omega was born into an alpha family. They hid him away and raised him in secret, ashamed of his existence. Chikage (omega) is named heir of the Souma clan after his older sister ran away. A Good story with an okay ending

Its a good story but

the amount of pure rage I felt at the whole pedo rapist situation was almost as bad as when I first saw that one seen where they kill that father in Pans Labyrinth. My chest still hurts from how angry I am that he faces zero consequences. I'm left fantasizing how much nicer it would have been to see Hiroto kill that mf for real.

but other than that, i really did like how the pair's relationship developed.

god this was MISERABLE. I barely got through this, so much felt like cruelty just for cruelty's sake. so much rape, revenge, and more rape. the ending barely made things better. I was so exhausted by the end of this, I completely understand why the scan team was done with this series after this haha, even tho the sequel looks like it'll be fluffy.

all this misery, and still most of the characters were quite shallow. I kind of appreciated the end for Hiroto's character, but just a bit. Everyone else felt like a caricature from a spanish soap opera.

Full of hurt, pain, rage, violence, rape...

And all the worst, cruel things you could ever imagine. Don't know how anyone could say it's a good story, as there is really nothing much more than omega having graphic sex with anyone who wanted it. If you took away sex scenes you will get almost nothing, and all love between the mains is based mostly on their short time together, past encounter and being fated lovers. I mean, I don't really feel this love, and Hiroto is the worst alpha main I ever seen in omegaverse. He's so naive and he cannot make a decisions, so this awfull things in second part of manga are partly his fault too. He doesn't want to hurt Chikage, so he let someone else hurt him instead. He almost loses him for God sake.

He let Kyousuke have sex with him again and again, just like that, and even bite him. He didn't get to know that Chikage raped him so many times when he was a child, and that Kyousuke was the one who broke him. And that mother who let her child be raped, when she hear him calling her, God that's sick

I didn't liked it how ended the story of Midori too, as he was probably raped and Chikage partly made it too. I know that Midori wasn't innocent as he wanted to do this to Hiroto, but he was just a scared kid, and that way another omega's smile vanished again.
After all, Chikage had sex with everyone but his fated alpha Hiroto, and they only kiss and hug at the end.
I hope in sequel will be as much fluff as we want it.
I feel mentally drenched.
