This review has been deleted a couple of times, so I'll keep it brief:
-plotholes everywhere. Why is the MC any different from others who failed? It would've been more interesting if, before coming back, he had known about those others.
- Lazy, unoriginal plot; extremely generic in theme and the MC's approach.
-Too much comic relief.

-And lastly, too much comic relief. 
I mean, it starts with his family, then half his subordinates, and all his ex-subordinates; it kills the mood at times (I'd go for specifics, but it's not the first time I write this).

The fight scenes suck pretty bad. The manhwa relies on not feeding the reader information constantly. Antagonists are strictly male, so the MC conveniently never has to confront a woman. This is a harem manhwa in disguise, with every woman the MC encounters (except for a single one) becoming interested in the MC. Of course, the way the manhwa leaves that shit unresolved is by making the MC the densest person on the planet, and the women, of course, never once take any actual initiative, as if bluntly telling the MC about their interest is taboo. They just bemoan how dense he is. Don't be deceived by his initial actions with the professor in the beginning. It's just meant for a laugh. That's the first and last time you will see him interested in a woman, so it's basically just bait. He's entirely asexual.

Average in all senses. It's pretty obvious that this manhwa is trying to make something decent from complete trash source material. You'll never turn shit into gold, though. At best, it'll be slightly less stinky shit.

i dont like the art much (although it is much better than some other things ive read. i think my main issue is the weird proportions) and there are a lot of aspects of the story that annoy me, but i still like it overall and i continue to read it. i guess its just that i have a hard time finding a story like this that I actually like, so despite the things that annoy me its still pretty enjoyable??

this reminds me of juvenile fantasy like the Wizard's First Rule books: I remember liking the series when I read them at first but now that I have some actual life experience and can recognize literally any other person than myself and my little group of pals as actual humans it's obviously utter garbage.

Its like pokemon, the characters over explain situations and can't stop sucking off the main character... i would not mind this if it was a comedy and it did not take itself seriously but its not... it's cringe AF

I find the red head that keeps clinging to him a bit.. eh. I mean, I guess I just don't like her much. But I'll try to tolerate her.

Starts great, quickly becomes mediocre. Author falls into tired, unimaginative, and...boring tropes.

that’s all I have to say, this series isn’t worth a longer comment. It’s an ok read but only if you’re very bored.

I ended up not dropping it after all… Reading 1 chapter a week is obviously very different than binging everything at once but if I were to write a review of the comic rn- it seems to have gotten better. Less generic? The author’s skills just simply improved? It’s hard to tell
I’ll leave my rating as 6,5 because of the terribly long and honestly quite bad start but to be entirely honest, I am enjoying the series rn.
