Top goes into rut and during sex, bottom initially agrees to go another round after he gets a break, but top continues having sex for multiple more rounds and will not let the bottom rest or stop. But he is in rut so he’s not exactly in his right mind.

This has it all! A reversible alpha×omega couple, gangsters,

an undercover detective, characters who's initial appearance/personality change drastically later at times, them having a child later on . For a short series part of an anthology (20 chapters) it's a pretty solid omegaverse story! Really enjoyed it
