This manga has a heavy meaning, yet it brings me a serene atmosphere with not-so-daily life stories of each individuals. The art style is also marvelous and sharp. I hope it will become well-known for everyone.

I think vol2 will be released in June and are looking forward to it.

I've read several of Sahara Mizu's works and loved many. Her ways of observing things are really shifty and different. She sees things with not just one, or the opposite ends, but various angles. And so, combined with a good story, a good pacing (most are slow-burn really), I usually get a winning combination.

This manga is like that. It is about non-conformity, diversity, and accepting one's and each other's differences, quite imaginatively! (I have yet to find a tribe Southeast Asian that appears like how she depicts though haha, still.) Personally, if I dig deeper, I find so many things to place this story into real life contexts. I live elsewhere in Asia; I'm not that up-to-date with Japan's current issues; and I've only been (lucky enough) there once in my life; So, the impressions I've got are quite limited. But if the story does reflect the points of the author, I hope there are more and more opening up their mind for to firstly just consideration, then maybe acceptance. It's also how we create. And we should never discard others' creations, i.e. Nature?

Whoa, I rambled some bits there! I'mma be back if I get to finish this title. I hope to read others' perspectives and getaways from this too.
