This's a somewhat odd story that in some ways feels like NTR but retroactively and with a happy ending.
Shun grew up thinking his father was dead only to be invited to his funeral, where he meets a girl his age named Kaoru who tells him he's the sole heir to his father's fortune. He now lives in a large, beautiful house with Kaoru as an attendant/housekeeper (she refuses to be called a maid), as well as a woman who'd worked with his father managing the estate and a little girl his father adopted. Turns out his mother divorced his father and was bitter enough to claim full custody and refuse to let him even see his son.
From the beginning it's clear that Kaoru was in love with Shun's father, and eventually it becomes clear the same goes for the other girls, all of whom have sex with him. He eventually begins a serious relationship with Kaoru but the little sister gets jealous and reveals that not only had Kaoru loved his father, she was his lover. Shun can't help but begin to believe that all the girls are just with him because they see bits of his dad in him, never looking at him directly. The good ending is then from the fact that they all come after him and while they acknowledge that initially they'd been close to him because he reminded him of his father, they love him personally at least as much now. So yeah, the pain of finding out that your girlfriend was banging your now-deceased dad and probably fell in love not with you but with the bits of your dad in you certainly feels a bit like a retroactive NTR, but the ending is quite satisfying.
