Kyoya is a university student working part-time at a beach house, looking for a new encounter.
He was planning to have fun picking up cute women, but he is too busy to do so.

While taking a break at an unpopular rocky beach, he sees a woman with beautiful hair in the ocean at dusk.
But the person was not a woman, but a merman!

They became friends, but the time comes to say goodbye.
