Story is fine but the MC is really annoying.. Not like typical heroine... She is a tomboy naive dumb girl that never know what good for her.

Another cultivation manhua but it's quite well done for a change, my main complaint is that the releases are too slow.
The MC is interesting, it's not the classic crafty smart char nor the retard type either, she's certainly not smart but has good sense and intuition, support chars are also nice to see, thou I can't say I like the stereotypical male lead, also, it's nice to see a female MC for a change, there are quite a few in manhuas but they are rare in cultivation stories (I can't actually remember another cultivation manhua with a female MC), it's refreshing having a female lead whose story ain't related to either a romantic drama or court intrigue. Story-wise is the classic cultivation with some revenge to motivate the MC mixed in it, it's kind of soon to tell anything but there are several plot twists in sight and save for a few chars it's hazy who's friend and who's foe, also, I'm a bit put off by how much leeway the several antagonists have, I find it a little bit hard to believe that the most powerful sect in the world could manage their affairs so poorly. By the way, I'm almost astonished that the word trash has been barely used, I price the author for that and engaging dialogues (at time). Finally, the art style is very good, well drawn of course but also manages to be serious with the eventual pun and cute moments without them feeling out of place, as for how it manages the fights, there have been very little of those so far to be able to tell.
All in all, this one is among the cultivation stories I'm the most interested, I hope the author can keep it up and not lose his way as many many other mangas and manhuas.

Edit: This one is a kind of anomaly in the genre, there are 85 chapters out at the moment (translated) and the MC is still quite weak, she's not a Mary Sue, she doesn't power up every other chapter and there seams to be little plot armor. I like it! there is enough going on for it to be entertaining and I don't feel I'm reading another power fantasy copy paste. Also, MC feels more human than in most series.

The start is pretty funny if you have read other webcomics in this vein before - you know how the usual parental reaction to cultivators and immortals is usually like: "They are so great. Try hard being one. you can never become that strong. yada yada." Her grandpa´s rejection of the very idea made me laugh so hard. They are children-eating monsters to him.

Can´t wait to see how it continues, tomboy MCs always were my weakness. The art is very nice too, not as forcefully colorful like other wuxia/xianxia webcomics but more subtly painted.
