Eerie but pleasing

The author wanted to write something "disgusting", yet the result is surprisingly grounded. It's disturbing, but not in an over-the-top manner. The art ads a lot to the general feeling of uneasiness, it's very expressive.
The storyline is a muddle of intertwined flashbacks, but struggling to put the pieces together is part of the charm. The consistency of the narrative doesn't matter much, the focus being on unfolding the complex nature of the cousins' relationship. The ending is quite opaque and seemingly unresolved, though it feels very emotional.
I'm not sure how I feel about the execution overall, but I definitely appreciate the bleak atmosphere and the feeling of melancholy it left me with.

I really, really don't get this one.

Art is interesting as others have said, and there's a complexity to the emotions which is intriguing, but you don't really get insight into the situation or what's coming or why they are like they are.

Just, two cousins hooked up and kept hooking up, but the one who looks like he has things together might not and the one who seems a bit of an airhead might actually be just permitting his cousins to feel in control because of how micromanaged the cousin's childhood was.

If you like feeling absolutely lost, this could work. Maybe that's what the author meant by disgusting. It felt purposeless. One used the other as an outlet for the lack of control in his life and the other one let it because - here's where I get really fuzzy, maybe he loved him? Maybe he just wanted to be useful?

Again, melancholy atmosphere and bleak outlook as others have said.

I'm mostly just confused

The art definitely has personality, but it's also a hell of a mess and makes it really hard for me to follow the story without having to pause every 2 seconds to try to make of what I'm actually seeing even lol. Similar character designs and sudden jump cuts from scene to scene are the biggest culprits for this problem, even if I do understand that the characters are supposed to resemble one another in the first place. I just wish I could understand what was going on and could read through it in one smooth flow without being interrupted by confusion about who is who most of the time like this. That issue certainly interfered with my enjoyment and ability to appreciate everything else that this manga has to offer, if any.
