Description

Aoi lives with his deceased lovers son, Shio and after one late morning of working, Aoi finds a lonesome puppy on the road. However, the puppy tries to escape and Aoi follows it. The puppy brings him to a mysterious place where he meets a very mysterious man.

Wondering why people do fall in love doesn't really have much sense, don't you think?

It was love at first sight. I mean Aoi and Hakumei. Resign yourself to the fact.

It's a good story. There's very cute kid, cute dogs and generally cute characters plus one tsundere guy and very pretty, dreamy art. The plot is complex and there are unexpected twists, a lot happens so you don't have a chance to get bored. It really is a good story but... How should I put this? The idea is awesome, the story is connected to Japanese mythology and I'm a sucker for bittersweet fairytales. It's just that delivery is far from perfect, partially I'd blame it on translation issues.

It's like there are untranslatable ideas that were translated by force, moreover without a proper backup - like mythology background or something like that. What's more characters act very Japanese-like, so without deep knowledge about Japanese social issues, what befits in certain situation and what not, about habits and things like that it's hard to fully understand characters' actions and as a result - the whole story. I was confused a few times... Till the end I had a feeling that I'm missing something important. Surely the details about Aoi's lineage weren't explained properly. Anyway if you're not familiar with Japanese culture you will not enjoy this story.

I brag a lot but actually I like this story a lot. It was confusing at times but interesting and beautiful love story with some fantasy elements.

The first chapter seems nice but I don’t know about the rest... The plot was really confusing to me although I did put effort into understanding it, maybe I wasn’t willing to agree with the author’s idea.
Spoiler ALERT
I mean, why did Hakumei and Aoi fall in love in the first place? Was it because of the appearance, and then Aoi just chased after him? The only character I liked was Yuuma and I thought he would end up with Aoi, but why did he even force Aoi? And then how could Aoi and Hakumei end up together so easily, when they barely even talked or saw each other? The other characters lighted this manga up a bit for me, but I didn’t enjoy it much.
I’m sorry if I offend people liking this, but I was really disappointed.

I never thought I would say that...
i like the author and what i like is that somehow it’s different and interesting; this was nice but i liked more the beginning than the development... I was confused with who was the main character ( let’s not forget some characters looked really alike and not just the obvious twins ...) I think lots of things were left unexplained (hence the wasted potential) like for example Spoiler ALERT ; the fact that hakumei or whatever his name is can live forever and aoi his partner... can he do that too?! Idk...
i mean it was all cute and nice but some things were left unsolved (Aoi didn’t smile for his uncle...)
I seriously have many questions );

Mostly pretty art and interesting story idea, but the plot was pretty confusing? Could be that I didn't pay enough attention or the translation wasn't excellent, or maybe some cultural differences that I'm not familiar with? Aaaaanyway.. I got the general idea, but couldn't understand the reactions of some of the characters.
And warning to readers for a non-consensual violent scene!
