Let me say that I enjoyed the art very much, and that the ML was in some regards right up my alley. I expected him to be more of a yandere, but he's not that crazy, but still retains that silky possessive streak. But everything else. Whoa Nelly! Except maybe for the FL personality, which was okay, everything is some big mess! i had no idea what was happening half of the time! Just when I was sure I finally got it right, stupid stuff starts to happen and again, we are at point zero! I did not understand almost any of the supporting character, especially Javie and Theobald. The only thing I could get a hold of was the relationship between Maribelle and Arienele.

But not really, this was so terribly confusing that I just went along with it until the end, but most of the stuff didn't make any sense. Right now, trying to write about what made no sense, there is so many things that I just won't write it down. Perhaps somebody could make head or tails out of this, not me. What kept me reading was the ML and his interesting involvement with FL. But everything else was just NO. I didn't care for any of the supporting chars, and as I said, the pacing and the plot was NO.

Overall, not a rec. Too jumbled and confusing, with too little to redeem it. Skip.

Sumimasen but what the actual, literal fuck was that ending?!?!😕? It was going so well for like 25 chapters but it dragged in the middle and the last 5 chapters was so disjointed and nonsensical I don't understand how it managed to make it to print.

I like the starting premise of the story but story development is very elementary. The whole sexual tension, falling in love, and the relationships between the other characters are very awkward. The characters' motives aren't very clear and the story jumps all over the place to the point where I'm not sure what's happening anymore. For example, we have a murderous tyrant who doesn't hesitate to use and kill everyone near him, borderlining a mad man. Yet, he has super loyal retainers for no particular reason and even ones who are willing to overstep the line and make jokes. Not sure if their stories are revealed later on but their feelings and actions towards each other are contradictory. FL willy nilly decides she doesn't want party, party is called out, she says in a small panel to nvm and continue the party, party is back on the timeline. Emperor wants to make FL empress, grand party is planned, FL doesn't want to be empress, party is suddenly changed to finding empress candidates instead. There's no consequences for FL and her random choices and words. Also, the comical reliefs are...untimely. The leads hardly have any interactions and when they do, they're distrustful of each other yet they're all of a sudden in love? The plot also skips randomly. ML decides he wants to keep FL close, makes announcement, then all of a sudden FL is living in the palace with her nanny. I don't mind clichéd plots but there's nothing keeping my interest.

Ngl, title confused me with "A Villainess for the Tyrant". Art is 8/10, it reminded me of The Legendary Fossil.

Generic character designs.
Similar plots: Both regressed (lived life twice). Revenge story. Mary Sue.

Too many betrayals going on. You really don't know who to trust, yeah.

Romance aspect, I like how they're affectionate with each other even tho they know each others' intentions, and they're pretty direct and casual with feelings. No annoying flustered faces.

Hmm, it's an okay ending. For some reason, I felt lacking but it's aight.

I like that originality of three-lives act of Mr. Cloud (5/5 stars for Mr. Cloud).

Well started as any other cliche there is with the fl being returned to past just to get revenge.

Favorite Aspect: The art is nice, and I really like the emperors attendants more than the emperor himself.

This webcomic starts with the usual premise of time rewound and a quest for revenge, so I was not shocked or put off by the fact that it's not immediately novel or ground-breaking. Instead I was interested in the lovely art and character design, and I was interested to learn more about the characters and the political intrigue.

However, the pacing really feels rushed and the events and feelings of the characters happen too quickly and without solid reasons. It's like the author is neglecting how these relationships would bloom naturally, if given a little more time. There could be something really solid here if the timeline was stretched out just a little bit more, and a few more sparks of motivation for each character squeezed in.

In addition, there's a small blooming subplot that worries me, though it's mostly due to personal tastes.


Overall, because it is currently fan-translated there's nothing to lose by giving it a read. If you like royal drama and revenge stories, this might be right up your alley!

You Might Also Like: The Reason Why Raeliana Ended up at the Duke's Mansion has a very similar premise, but the pacing is much better and there are more comedic and lighthearted moments.

Honestly I just found it rather boring.

Very nice art. By only 22 an obvious love is already starting to unfold and its obvious that the political intrigue part of the plot is still just in its set up before everything starts to really take off. Its still too early to tell if this is ultimately good or not but it's kept me very interested the whole time. I'm eager to see how it all unfolds. The fact that I'm already this invested and the art is so beautiful already puts this leagues above many other manwhas for me. This is one I think every one should check for themselves and see how you like it.

My rating may change as the story goes on but I'll give it a 9 for now based off of how much I enjoyed what I've read so far

The MC was incredibly naive in her first life but is suddenly a very cunning Mary Sue, her plan for revenge has literally no subtlety, the prince's motivations for keeping her with him and going along with her plan are flimsy at best, and the characters motivations don't reflect their actions most of the time.
So it's pretty bog standard all in all.
