What i mean is thank god there was Yumi and Momoka in this series, Because Yua was a complete slut. only giving it an 8 because of the ending and Yumi devotion. Other wise just for Yua this really deserves a 1. her kindness is retarded.

You will hate the supposed main girl Yua, well the girl the main guy likes. she is a slut that does all even before the story's reason of she does it at the apartment; she did it with teachers and shit just to anyone apparently she doesn't like saying no.

Like most of Gunma's works, it's well drawn, and (for a hentai) has a plot.
In this case: Boy likes childhood girl, moves away, comes back and she's managing an apartment. But girl now "manages" the renters' erections as well. And etc.
Better than most hentai manga out there, not as good as some of his other works, still decent.
