Don't go into this expecting romance, details, explanations, etc. It's an interesting set up, but past that it's all vibes. I kind of adopted Yui's attitude as I read: "Well I'm already here, seems safe enough, let's go with it." We get hints of backstory, but nothing is fully explained. Are all the loose plot ends tied up? No. But the emotions are, and that's what really matters to me. If you're okay with that, it works. Will definitely reread.

It's very light regarding intensity of conflict, romantic contact between the two leads, and just everything in general? Very half-baked feeling after finishing. I'm one part glad that the confinement wasn't a Stockholm Syndrome mindbreak dealio. At the same time, I was kinda bored with it and there wasn't much of a payoff when I got to the ending. I think the author tried to give everything a mysterious feel, but that doesn't work when there aren't any major stakes or tension to work off of.
