Oneshot about love, religion, and a big misunderstanding that leads to a weird situation...
Oneshot (Complete)

I totally agree with him about short, thought-provoking seinens being often misunderstood.
Even though they cant be appreciated by everyone, these are the "needle in the haystack" mangas I tend to really enjoy
Totally recommend for an interesting speed read 🙂
it's not that bad...thing is that seinen (especially one-shots) are read by very few ppl in this site and obviously by the wrong demographic...you see praise for shallow and dumb shounen series and one-shots when seinen one-shots get the wrong end of the stick
i've read seinen one-shots that were unique and deep but very different and misunderstood and they were having very bad ratings
this is actually deeper than your average shounen....thought provoking and makes you think of things like religion and acceptance...it is short but its not executed poorly...the art is really nice and some panels are great...i didn't really understand what the main chara meant by what he said at the end but i can only speculate...i dont judge this from its characterization (characterization in 39 pages??) rather than the fact that it made me think and the story had some life behind it
it's like a short glimpse at a student's life during a summer that he's studying for uni entrance exams and his conversations with a girl who's fairly different from him
and any manga that relates to the real world and makes you think about an issue in a different light that u usually do is 100 times better than poor ecchi and pure-fantasy-for-the-sake-of-it, in my book
I began reading with no expectations and after finishing it i came up with nothing.
Everything is pretty average until you come up with the characters and the overall story: terrible!
It has no direction whatsoever, the characters all seem a bit stupid and it ends with nothing.
Overall it could have been way better.
