Description

Dumped after confessing to her first crush of three years, Rosa Park falls for her second when the nation’s favorite Superpowered Police Officer, Doryeong Han, swoops in to save her as she’s plummeting from a toppling building. A few years later, a mysterious villain called Blackdog appears, but Doryeong notices something is not quite right. I really enjoyed season 1 with how all the characters were interesting and mostly logical rather than stupid misunderstandings ruining the entire thing. The plot advanced nicely the entire time and introduced new characters, villains, and twists right when they were needed and without it being forced. The art is nice and the characters make some great faces. Season 1 was about a 9.5/10.

For season 2, it was both too short and too long. The parts that were really important were somewhat rushed through while other things dragged on a hair too long. The characters continued developing nicely and the art was good. Although the plot bounced around a little, it was still entertaining. Season 2 was about a 7-7.5/10.

I don't see why people say it's a love triangle or a pathetic ML. The only point I could somewhat agree on are misunderstandings, but there weren't as many as you might expect from a romcom especially as the series goes on, and they were somewhat reasonable.

I caught up at ch 61 ish
This is one of the funniest I've read, almost as funny as Love Advice From the Great Duke of Hell, and it has some cool action to go with it.

The first 50 Ch are absolutely hilarious. This manwha is a super hero comedy based on misunderstandings which I absolutely loved. I was laughing out loud every chapter, something that almost never happens to me reading comics. The Grandma is my top 5 fave characters ever.

Still, I think that the story should already be over. I can't imagine that nother 70 or so chapters for the second season will do this story any good, unless it's going for a Katekyo Hitman Reborn! route and trying to change the genre from comedy to something else.

The core premise is neat, but the misunderstandings and plot progressions are based on some extremely handwavy writing. Rosa barely makes an attempt to hide her identity, for example, and somehow stays mostly undiscovered anyway.

Idk, the idea is solid but the story feels very forced. There is a lack of overall characterization and the author is continuously forcing in these "misunderstandings" that keep the characters in a constant annoying loop. Tropes like that can really drag a story down and i don't know why authors continue to do it. It just very lazy and makes it a boring experience, a broken record. Almost as if they don't know what they want to do with the story. The characters aren't THAT stupid, but just for plot convenience their IQ's plummet into the negatives. The direction of the story doesn't make any sense based on the events so far. While its had its goofy funny moments (which is what initially kept me reading) the story has just become boring.

Going to drop for now and pick it up again later on when there is a large enough backlog I guess. Hopefully by then they are past this braindead loop.

I didn't mind the fl being completely ignorant/stupid about the effects of her abilities. But the dumb misunderstandings and clichéd love triangle is just too much. She's just too stupid and doesn't do anything right. Not really a fan of these kind of protagonists.

Great set up, but the characters lack characterization, you can easily predict what is gonna happen, and sometimes it feels cringy

It falls into the trap where misunderstandings happen and soem part take waaaaaay tooooooo long

One thing to note is that there alot of troupes of misunderstanidi gs, blue balling ,etc. Usually im fine with those, but after reading some chapters, it feels like i need to take a break, or i would otherwise try to speed read this manwha in order to finally reach the sections without blueballing
