The story was axed. There were so many plot holes and unanswered questions. The characters weren't well developed.

The "love interest" wasn't well developed. He's already hated by most of the world's survivors. The concept of the "seal" preventing him from using his full powers was ridiculous, since he was powerful enough to break it, anyway. Is he even still human? What was his curse after the war when he was 12? How was a 12 year old that powerful when nobody else was? The whole thing about him "curing" that one girl easily lacked details. That in itself could have lasted a chapter with thoughts from her point of view. There wasn't enough hero-soul whatever to make anyone care about other abilities. Are they able to make contracts with multiple heroes?

Better reading suggestions than this:
"The Anti-Magic Academy 35th Test Platoon" though it, too, is short...
"Wise Man's Grandson" (though the story isn't finished yet)
"Mx0" (complete yet sadly axed at Chapter 100)

This is a pretty generic harem and nothing special. I would have given it a 6, but I found it really stupid that the protagonist, who is the most powerful person in the world, has willingly chosen to allow his power to be sealed by a bunch of obviously corrupt people. If I had power like that, I would never allow it to be sealed by the controlling elite of this world. So, this loses another point due to the stupidity of the protagonist's actions.

The character design is dull, the story cliche, and the action scenes look stiff, flat, and amateurish. The art is clean but most of the angles are off and shading looks terrible. Looks like everyone is made of plastic in a world without wind or physics. This artist needs to sit down and just.....watch how things move.
