Well, it seems like one of those original ideas as debut work, and it probably is considering this being the only manga listed under Ochiai Hirokazu.
The story is interesting and original, though I do think there's some problems here and there, and a bit underdeveloped. It's certainly not your average run-of-the-mill, but honestly... I dunno, it's not mangaish enough? Paired up with the art, I simply can't say that it's the best.
Like I said, art isn't all that good. Although it's acceptable and above my bottom line where under that point no matter how good the story is I just can't read it, the expressions are well... a bit stiff and forced, those arms look kinda out of place sometimes too. I wouldn't say it's absolutely horrible, but below the average line. Honestly, I believe the art is a huge down point and more or less affecting the way I look at the story.
All in all, interesting manga, worth reading. But I wouldn't necessary call it a "good" manga. I suppose with one manga out that makes him/her a pro... but the word amateur nearly slipped out more than once =/.
Edit: Okay... it's original alright. But I got pretty bored by 11 chapters. Started looking dumb instead -.-;;. I'd say it's something to do with the mangaka lacking experience. It's too bad it couldn't keep the quality, or should I say, the lack of quality from the start gets a bit unbearable for me by 11 chapters. The art is as bad as always, and the story... well... should I say it's predictable or boring?
