Description

this author always writes the most boring chaps at first and then throws 5 very well written plot twists directly in ur face. i DEF reccomend. just a warning, you need to be used to reading a certian format of fast pacing manhwa to read this tho or else it wont mkae sense

Not pleased with what I've read so far

The story set up seems interesting and based off of the reviews, I really wanted to like it but I just can't get into it. Not sure if it's because I'm so used to the format of newer webtoons now but the story telling is sooooo slow. I've just completed season 2 (ch 64) and I still don't know why this series was rated so highly. The author is telling too many characters' stories and trying to connect them together that it makes the main (?) storyline drags. FL's character is caught up in a whirlwind and she's just being pulled in every way without knowing what the heck is going on. ML is essentially only present for the action scenes. Call me a traditionalist but I honestly think the constant flashbacks/back stories ruin the story telling.

Story was hella convoluted at first, but I stuck with it and boy am I glad I did. The story is really interesting, and the author takes time later on to clarify confusing plot points and does a diligent job in trying to fill in the plot holes. There isn't much romance at first since the author planned out the story in arcs, and the first arc was more about world building. But rest assured there is romance, and it is pretty prominent to the story. You can really tell the plot has been meticulously planned out and boiii the twists and turns got me good in the feels. I have yet to read anything exactly like this and for that I rate it highly. Although there are some plot points that are a little cliche and leave you going ehh forreal?

One example is her relationship with badboi when she was a kid that was highkey monkaS. The author wrote something about it in one of the afterwords that I didn't like, but the main story itself kept it more lowkey. The story is refreshingly novel so far, and I'm looking forward to seeing how it ends. Stories with complexities like this tend to not conclude well, so I hope this one proves me wrong.

Edit: Flashbacks can be way too fudging long. In the middle of one right now.
Edit 2: I just finished season 6, and the next season is the finale. I can definitely say the story got more interesting over time and that there are some big reveals. Story has kept me hooked until now, and I am definitely looking forward to the next season. All the puzzle pieces are falling into place.

Up till now I have read to chapter 60(currently the last chapter that is scanlated)
There is little to no romance. You can count bits and pieces shown in the manhwa or you can just imagine ships.
Please do not take what I just said as I and not read this series. If your into romance and just want some romance to happen, It might not happen as fast as you think. Probably will happen in future chapters but for now, little to none.
But overall this series is extremely addicting. There's some mysteries that are mind boggling. And it is slowly revealing. And I can't wait till the next chapter is scanlated. I give this a 10 outta 10

This is a manga i quite recommend to reader out there. It started out as "should i or should i not". I sometime judge a book by it cover but this one was great. Though it quite slow with each chapter (wishing there would be more pages to each chapter) It reminds me of how each eps, for anime are they don't give much, leaves us hanging for more. Trying to slowly build up to that one intense scene. WITH SO MUCH FILLER!! Yet it is SOO GOOD!! I definitely RECOMMEND anyone who is reading this to READ IT!! I LOVE ITTT! I will keep my rating at a 10 but maybe change it if anything. Quite sure it'll stay at a 10.
