As always, Rihito-sensei has very pretty art. Unfortunately, the plot is too early to have a strong foundation built so doesn't feel like it's worth checking out currently.
...the later chapters are all terribly short (8-11 pgs). I ended up reading the chinese scans up to the current chapter (ch 16) and the chapters are still that short and ends in a cliffhanger frequently (because not much happens in the actual chapter). I get the feeling that the mangaka doesn't know quite where to go with this series. Hopefully I'm wrong about this.
Overall, the story is different but at the same time shallow. Yet, there's something that keeps me reading.
Nothing really outstanding or extremelly bad. The story is simple, rather too tender for a shounen manga, characters are nice though not that interesting as I've expected.
Still, this is Takarai Rihito sensei's first shounen manga so as a fan I'm just happy to see her stepping out of her comfort zone and trying new things. I like sensei's art style very much so I am enjoying this, but people who are not a fan may find some characters hard to distinguish.
