but its FAR from the best Yamada san comic out there. I feel it would have been a much stronger story written by Sensei herself.

Also I think something was lost in the translation, the English translation from Korean is lazy, filled with bad tenses and overall rather lacking in Sensei's usual humour.

I'd be lying if I said I'm madly in love with this story. It's really just sort of okay for me, and I can tell by the short extra novel at the end that without Yamada Yugi's art and execution adding some humour and lifting things up this manga couldn't have have come alive like it did. Ultimately I still prefer Yamada-sensei's original stories and style of telling them but I am biased after all so.. lol.
Also, since the scanlation version I read is a lax English translation of a Korean translation of the Japanese original, it's unavoidable that true meanings of some of the texts might've been lost in the process, hindering me from being able to fully comprehend the dialogues and the whole story.
