The Main Character follows his own simplified version of orders:
punish= beat them half to death without caring about the procedure,
seek a former dog= treat it as a dog, even if it's now a human,
make cry= show the ma sad movie, a play or tear-gas them,
and if he has errands to run, he will do them even if there's a fight going on.

The only problem is lack of proper scanlations.
(all sources point to The NoNames Scans and theirs has quite a lot of panels out of order, making the absurd and fast paced story hard to follow)

This one is similar to "My brother has a pit in his head" in that the author uses the setting, a god fallen from grace for not knowing mercy, purely as a means to the comedy, which is the way to do it imo, though there is an arching story it's expected that the author will not take the story too seriously so all the nonsense is not superfluous or immersion breaking and is actually funny (imo), not just an annoying distraction to the plot that's what happens in most cultivation stories.
Still, too soon to tell, but funny read so far.

Oh, art-style is quite good, in particular the char design, the flea daemon level of detail was very nice,
