I remember the last time i read this is a few years ago, and i love to reread this.. i laughed very hard when i read this lolol the uke is so so so funny i cant- with his nori teeth lolol.. and the twin is freaking adorable omg.. i will definitely reread this again and again ～(^з^)-♡

Not appalled at all at the extremely positive reviews and the labels of “cute” and “lovely” being thrown around. Let alone one year ago, but even as far back as two months ago I would have loved this to bits.
On the whole, this is quite agreeable to me (once I take care to afflict myself with partial amnesia). That is why even after Noaya manipulates and forcefully kisses Noboru I still read ahead in hopes of being surprised: I was. Instead of swooning over from Noaya’s “passionate” kiss Noboru calls him out on this being completely non-consensual, which Noaya acknowledged and apologizes for. Moreover, his apology just isn’t for show Noaya acts on it by reforming his behaviour, for example when Noboru says “Stop” Noaya actually does stop. Honestly, it was this bit that kept me going and even when later on they get together. While I cringed, still I could bear it. I prayed that this would not become a Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde narrative where these good men have these rare violent outbursts that we must try to forgive. No. Volume 2 onwards, this is exactly what happens and I am not putting up with this. I have learned better and so I will to practice better. As always there is . These are the major flaws. There are minor ones too, like Kazushi’s character remains 1 dimensional by the end of the 3rd volume, which is just sad.
I urge you all to look deeper at the surface level affections that Noayo lavishes on Noboru. Look deeper into Noaya’s older brother taking a firm stand against the belittling of gay men. Look deeper into Noaya punching Kazushi for pathologizing the manner in which gay men have sex. All of these, and many more, are acts that I truly and deeply love. I appreciate them from the bottom of my heart. At the same time, I shall not take these acts out of context. I shall put them in context because there is a crucial different to be made between what the characters do and say and what the manga does. A few good points scattered across 3 volumes are not enough. We must push for more. And, like Noboru call out Noaya’s chutiyapa. We must do this every single time. There is no excuse, no justification, nor should we spend our energy looking for one. I hope that those who read this can appreciate and fall in love with the lovely parts in the manga, and recognize the not so lovely parts for what they are.

God I really don't know why Japanese authors love to use sexual harassment to advance a relationship I mean really I'm starting to become quite concerned about the female population of Japan, does this happen in real life? Their boyfriends force themselves upon them and then they're forgiven cause he's 'sexually promiscous~~' ? Anyway. End life worries. Begin actual review of this work.
It's a typical yaoi through and through the main seme has a really good personality but got a bit rapey for a lack of a better word a few times throughout. He comes good, though. As they all do. And oh look, their relationship advanced. Throw in a multitude of misunderstandings and an annoying (cousin? I still don't know the relationship, or are they brothers? I don't even know). and that's this Yaoi.
I gave it extra points for having a nice family atmosphere from the uke, and for the main pairing to have good chemistry, they're quite sweet actually and the uke isn't actually a "female cleaning product", so thank god for that.

The main story was really stupid and I just couldn't bring myself to finish it. I dropped after the first volume because I couldn't stand it getting any worse than it already was. It started off good, then followed the typical shoujo path and ruined every hope you could have with the progress of the series.

The side story, on the other hand, was a nice and good read. It gave me butterflies in my stomach even though it's something that has been done before. I'd definitely read a similar story by this author in the future.

I don't get why some people will rate this series so low. By all means, it's nothing fantastic, but is not that bad either.

The art is okay, maybe rather naive than realistic and I'm a bit annoyed that Nase-chin's ukes seem to always look childish no matter how old they are, but her art is clean and easy to follow and her chibi drawings are one of the cutest.

The plot is... well, as the genres describe it: a romantic comedy about high school boys. Naoya is perhaps a little too romantic or rather goofy, but he says some cool stuff at times. The comedy is provided mostly by the side characters and is pretty good; as others pointed out already, the side characters are more likable than the protagonists but that is not necessary a bad thing, just that unfortunately their stories don't get elaborated. The plot is nothing special and if you read enough yaoi, then it will definitely bore you at times, however it also has the potential to put a smile on your face (this fluff is... uhm, cute). Don't expect things that will blow your mind though, not going to happen.

I totally disagree with those who are saying that noboru and yuuki are annoying.
Their attitudes are really likeable. Noboru's a smart uke , not like those common ukes who do the way the seme likes. And yuuki , although he's sometimes "too bold" with his actions, he trully love noboru and respects him.

The plot's definitely a cliche with the uke being poor and seme as rich. But the problems concerning this is being solved immediately that's why you wont get annoyed with it.

The art's a 10 . It's really pleasant in the eyes no complain about it.

All the characters are loveable. Especially the sakashita brothers <3 . And the antagonist's also likeable cause he's not so evil and he's also an idiot XD.

There's still some flaws that's why i gave this a 9 . but this is a great read.

He is a overly naive and self-absorbed brat with weird obsession of cute high-class girl. Yuuki is really too good for him. I have to read through it really fast until the moment he realized he was tricked. It was my moment of joy. I still read the manga just for the twins and for other couples.

I read this years ago, when I was a big shounen-ai/yaoi fan. At that point and time the majority of BL manga I came across would have the main characters going at it within the first few chapters, were either plot-less and/or full of overdone cliches. This seemed like a rare gem in comparison at the time.The uke even stood his ground and refused to yield to the seme's demands at first. The story was also progressing nicely for a while as new characters were introduced. It got so mushy that I decided to not finish rereading it.

it made me laugh more than any of her other works! and the twins were sooo cute! it's not that deep, but what sort of story were you looking for anyway? if you want a feel good, funny-as story this is for you.

It was funny at times and but it was unrealistic at times and annoying how he kept complaining about there different lives and I could've did without the cutesy twins (probably cause i hate that type of character the most) but overall decent I'm just miyamoto kano fan when it comes to realistic factor
