As the leader of a small mob family, the young boss Uehara Ryouji has worked his way up while holding onto his own morals and relying on his fists to do the talking. An unexpected assassination on one of the top dogs of the Akaryukai, the biggest yakuza group, by a rival family shakes the entire country and an all out war seems inevitable. Ryouji ends up having to save Sugiuchi Kazuhiro, the assassin, and has to somehow smuggle the most wanted man in Japan out of the country. With all the ports closely watched, Ryouji and Kazuhiro resort to working on an illegal tuna fishing ship. But with everyone on the ship, from the captain to the crew, being dangerous and wanted criminals with nowhere else to go, it would be a miracle if the two survive until the next port.
