[It is not just "bullying."] Nakajima was ruling over the class as a "bully." The subject of bullying is a fragile girl, Shirasaki-san. Going as far as violence, every day was horrible. Everyone in the class pretends to not see it. If they stop, then they will be the next target. Nakajima performs "bullying" as if possessed. It was clear that something was wrong. Why does he do such brutal acts? The reality is terrible—

Long sotry short, mc is not really a bully, however he is put into this weird circumstance where he has to bully as if he does not, bad things will happen to him
Unlike other bullying manga that goes the point and the story isn't that long or those that go off the rails (I'm watching you Juujika no Rokunin), this is a interesting one because of how sick, but well written, the cast is (unexpected for this kind of stories) and how proactive is the MC. More than an ironic comedy, it's rather a representation by the author of what a struggle to survive in any school is like, in a interesting way.
I agree, the beginning is weak as happens with some manga of the same nature (e.g. Ingoshima or Satanofani) but I'm convinced that the low rating is due to the fact that readers can't endure the first chapters, but if you can bear it, you can find an interesting story.
And my god is it hilarious. The word bully loses all its meaning in this manga and becomes something akin to superpower. The characters think and act in the most illogical ways possible (it does make sense in-universe tbh). Look at the tags it has comedy and harem in it. If you don't take this seriously and just go along with its silly premise and antics you will have a good time!
If you like dark psychological manga with mentally unstable characters, you will love this. All the characters are so well written. I guess I get why it has so many low reviews though, might be too brutal for regular audience. 10/10 for me
It's actually really entertaining psychologically captivating. The dynamic between the two main leads is just fascinating and the mangaka keeps throwing greater and greater obstacles for the MC to overcome, all the while being completely screwed. It's quite exhilarating to see how the MC makes it out of each hurdle. The way he plans things out is perfect. It's just so screwed up that you just want to read more and more. Kind of reminds me of Flowers of Evil, in that sense, but less poetic and more psychological. The art is also really good too

My God this is an awful manga not only in its subject matter but also in its execution. How much cruelty and ugly things can one cram into a manga page seems to have been the challenge for this mangaka. Now I quite enjoy psychological manga and twisted characters can be interesting but this one has all the grace of a sledgehammer to the face.
I would think the only reason anyone would read it would be if they like torture p*rn.
