If you love konosuba you would love this. It have the same vibe but the characters are different and the logic is detail and legit. They are like coke and pepsi, same same but different, but you would love them both.
I really like this manga so far after reading the 8th volume that recently came out.
The main character and the girls in his team all have a nice chemistry in their different personalities and they all get to show their moments of stupidity or coolness (although with different balancing depending on the characters). Add to that the bantering, punchlines and inappropriate reactions from the characters while they're involved in ridiculous situations and it makes for a very funny read.
The art also goes along with this by looking simple and cute without feeling lazy either, fittingly so for a comedic manga. The expressions the characters make aren't original or anything but they're used very appropriately and you can easily sense a character's overall personality just from them.
Story wise, it's divided between episodic chapters and sometimes whole arcs that usually span around 5 chapters (so not too long) and are more focused on story. And everytime we get to learn more about the world setting such as the monsters, the different locations and more characters get introduced, including some joining the MC's party.
And then there's the ecchi which mostly consists of the girls getting defeated and molested by monsters in short scenes but also quite long ones occasionally. More rarely, there are accidental pervert situations involving the MC or the characters imagining something lewd.
I think the lewd scenes are quite sexy in how they're depicted like in terms of perspective while the drawing style lighten things up by making them look less serious (there's a lot of rape by monsters happening after all).
Its basically konosuba meet to love ru. If you came for story, this one is not for you.
But if you are looking for Plot this one has many.
This reminds me a lot of early Konosuba. Kikuru isn't a sleazy debt ridden reincarnator like Kazuma but he is bad with women and stuck with a harem of incompetent girls who drives him nuts. There is a lot of fanservice involving monsters molesting the various girls forcing Kikuru to save them while facepalming. The art is cool and the world building has been pretty good so far.
It's not face pacing or super boring, you can sense where its heading. So far only two companions introduced and they are tolarable. And most important factor is that this not isekai. Yes you read it right now proceed to read manga
