Resilience porn - but you hate everyone but the FL as a result.

Hated everyone in this story except Yuria (and the various children), who is more long-suffering than me. I've seen this theme of "secret male/female lover comes out when there is a medical crisis or death and family reels" done much better and frankly, in a way that was less painful to the reader.
The young lover was annoying as hell, but even then I got what the author was doing. Yuria, however, is ALWAYS delightful and perhaps this series is resilience porn than anything else. Some people get dealt awful hands (although it really just kept coming at her in this one, lol). Her attitude was so upbeat, with a desire to move forward rather than wallow, and the author did a good job of fleshing out her thought process and the opening with her family laid a solid groundwork for her mentality. I was furious a lot of the time, but happy I read it.
However, I won't be re-reading it and ultimately...I don't know if I liked it at all. I am writing this review years after reading it and I remember it, but nothing in me wants to open it again and relive it. I did think everyone grew in this, but Yuria shouldered SO much. I don't like it when it feels like one person gets picked on, lied to, cheated, and degraded...no matter how strong they are and no matter how much the story shows it's the dramatic "kick in the pants" they ultimately needed. It makes it even harder to bear. Maybe it's better beyond where I dropped it, but I feel like no amount of grovel from the husband or apology from the affair partner can uptick it for me, if that's where it's going. I want her to just leave and be happy, not clean up the mess of an ungrateful person who wouldn't do the same for her.

The husband and boyfriend are selfish, the only characters I like are the MC, the children, and the handyman. The only thing keeping me reading is the hope she will be happy in the end.

Yuria is the only likeable character but the whole manga is just her husband’s affair partners making her feel like she’s the bad guy for thinking of a divorce or for…anything. The whole manga so far is her cleaning up her cheating husband’s mess and being trash talked for it by those who slept with him or started a secret relationship with her husband knowing his was married. No revenge, no justice for Yuria, just a slog of reading about her life getting wrecked with no upside. Pass.
I love the female MC

…and nobody else. I totally agree with the other comment. I can see why there are so many low ratings - at times this manga reads like emotional torture porn - but I couldn’t seem to stop reading, desperate to see some form of justice for Yuria.
Also, and I hate to say this, I see a lot of reality reflected in this manga. People are selfish; they see kindness and understanding and milk it for all it’s worth until you’re a dry-husk individual with nothing left to give. I could see so many people I’ve known in Yuria. She’s a fully-fleshed out main character and I love her sense of honour and the way she continues to persevere even though she is in such an unfair position.
Her character is the only reason I’ll keep on reading.

Her husband is a cheating dick and the BF ain't all he's fucked. Yuria deserves a happy ending, and everyone else can f**k off and die.
