It's even worse than those cliche cultivation manhuas it's shit, nothing more.


The start felt promising, wow magic alternate world, dual awakening + versatile in name so it's gonna be Pokemon for magic gotta learn em all. But every character is annoying and shit including MC they just have a screw loose. And they story is just broken parts stitched together sometimes the story goes too fast sometimes it's slow.




It's shit i really think i should have just stopped at shit.

It literally revolves around the protagonist getting stronger every few chapters through no achievement of his own, as everyone either worships him or despises him for no clear reason... and that's it, there is nothing more to this series.

The characters are incredibly shallow and toxic(wtf is up with all the shittalking and narcissism), it just randomly jumps from one thing to another, doesn't portray any interpersonal conflict, any hardship, even the fights are down to "whose powerlevel is higher".

It's difficult to believe how bad this is.

It's really good, it keeps my attention without getting to boring, i've read better but i'm the kind of person where i would take a good but not best manga with 1400 chapter rather than a best manga with 15 chapter.

The story is quite good, changing fast, but its hard to understand what's going on with a shitty TL. After 700 chapters, I give up.
It's just impossible to follow when you're the dialogue is so garbled.

The series is nothing much, Poor MC gets "cheat-like" powers, items, and luck. Rich arrogant peers pick fights with him for jealousy or no reason at all. Tons of trash talk to fill up space, etc.

It would be maybe a 4-5 at best, it's that average, but the manhua manages to be even worse than the original novel and the animated series altogether for some reason.

If you have even a remote interest in this work I would advise stick with the other two alternatives over this, it even accomplishes the fact of skipping entire arcs at times and becomes narratively speaking a jumbled mess, all the more so then the original.

It seems to be an unfortunate trend that webcomic adaptions of Chinese webnovels are often slapdash and shoddy and this is sadly no exception. While the setting has some interesting ideas they are sadly the only bits of the original that shine through the rest of it is lost beneath a sadly familiar trend of characters and events being presented with little rhyme or reason and the plot lurching forward like a film with missing frames. Events begin and end with no explanation, relationships and characters we've never seen are introduced and disappear just as quickly. I wouldnt waste my time, a less interesting story told properly is preferable to this kind of mess.

Rushed, lacking in sense and cohesion, it just jumps from event to event skipping much of the explanation and development, the Bo city arc is even axed. Its uncommon for an anime to be better than the manga (manhua) but in this case the original is the novel so my suggestion would be to either read he novel (I haven't) or watch the anime, it's better and the story is further ahead too.
