It was bullshit. While I've yet to read a manga-adaptation of a game that's incredibly good, I've found one that's incredibly bad.
The only redeeming points being the ones Xombie mentioned (The return of Zelda and the Mido-scenes, in particular)
But. Link's here, Link's there, fighting this/that boss, and it's obvious that most of it is included because it was in the game. BUT IT LACKS REASON! (The Mirror Shield-part was just ridiculous.) I couldn't possibly dream of comprehending most of the scenarios had I not played the game before. Hell, I didn't understand most of it EVEN THOUGH I DID!
The two omakes (?) at the end of Volume 2 are slightly better in this area; they're two "charming" side-stories that has no real connection to the game. The mangaka's own.
It could've been great had he focused more on it working by its own (as mentioned, it doesn't even work as a supplement).
Be vary of the high MU-scores this manga has recieved; if you're not into stuff because of the brand, you most likely won't enjoy this one at all.
