i was really getting into the first story since besties becoming lovers is totally my thing, but then sensei had to throw in all the stupid cliched misunderstandings and i instantly checked out. there are much better ways to cause drama between characters, honestly the mangaka could just have had them have good old fashioned sexual tension and I would have been sold! bah.

second story was nice and sweet. a bit cliched, but the funny extras are worth it. I would have liked to have seen izuhara's side of the story since it seems like he fell in love at first sight (boring).

The stories are quite ordinary and typical but at least they're not too clichéd so that's a good start. And I do like this mangaka's art style even if it's not exactly very outstanding or special. This is definitely one of her better publications, for sure.

In my opinion the first story was definitely better than the second one. So I can say "I liked the first story".
But something in both stories felt slightly weird.
Not exactly sure what was it in first story. Maybe because alongside the parts with intense feelings there were also parts which felt somehow...emotionally flat.
By the second one ... it was like..overall too chaotic and the feelings from the story couldn't get across to reader at all most of the time.

I like the second story more, the one about the doctors. I forgot about the first story the moment I decided to press "next chapter". Judging by that fact alone I think you can conclude that the first story wasn't all that good.

eitherway, this manga is not that memorable, nor original, nor anything at all. So...I wouldn't really bother reading it...
