The series is about a handsome dude who has a massive sister complex and who is actually a creepy pervert. His sister has a friend who seems to have a crush on the older brother and who somehow doesn't seem to be bothered much by his perverse antics. There is yet another guy, who seems to have hots for the older brother and who seems to be as much of a creepy pervert as him. This other guy seems to be the imotou's object of affection for some reason.
Based on 3 random chapters it seems that, a typical chapter contains the imotou trying to hook up her friend with the older brother, trying to prevent the older brother from laying his hands on her (ie. on the imotou not the female friend) and trying to prevent her object of affection from lying his hands on her brother.
The male characters reminded me of the male adults from Gou-Dere Bishoujo Nagihara Sora and in a bad way at that, although the dirty jokes are much more tame.
