This doujinshi doesn't really have a focus and just wanders from point to point like Izaya's mind with no proper conclusion or closure of any kind. Even the doujinka themselves admitted that it's more like a prologue than a fully complete story on its own. Which is why it seems sort of pointless to me as of right now, when a sequel still hasn't appeared to be in sight anywhere. Not a very entertaining read I must say.
Not only is the art really nice, but it has an interesting story~
It's nice to realize that even though Izaya acts inhumane most of the time, he's still human and experiences the same emotions as everyone else. It's cute but also sort of sad at the same time as he realizes he messed up in high school with Shizuo and wishes he could take it back.. so that maybe Shizuo would like him back. ;u;
