An ordinary girl named Deko-chan is given a peculiar-looking doll for her birthday, but it turns out Lily is no doll. She's a witch from the underworld who has come to our world to make mischief. She sets herself up to pose as Deko's younger sister and when the two touch noses, Deko is able to use magic as well.
