Sure, the stat dump makes sense, and I'll give a "barely pass" to the first couple chapters because the king was enough of a hothead that I'd believe he'd hastily do what he did and not listen to any corrections. The king cut the main character off, so that one gets a pass.
But in chapter 3, where the main character knows better than to advertise his evasion as a healer—and he just got jailed for it—he continues to do just that and then acts surprised and doesn't correct it when parties he wants to join reject him.
Quite frankly, this kind of writing doesn't deserve 11 volumes. If I were the editor, I'd demand the author stop forcing uncharacteristic stupidity upon the main character under threat of firing them.
Chapter 3 broke my suspension of disbelief. I don't believe any person would ever advertise their ability to down Taco Bell as a plumber while trying to get work as a plumber, and that's exactly what this main character does multiple times despite getting jailed for it the first time.
I've read a couple thousand fanfics, and left lengthy critical reviews on over 700 of them. No fanfiction I have read has ever shown this amount of stupidity at the beginning of the story. None. The writing here is worse than beginner.
And maybe it improves... but why should I care? Why should anyone care? If the author can't write a believable first few chapters, why should I expect them to know how to handle important drama? I'm predicting several plot holes in future chapters.
This is a bad start even for an isekai.
