On the day of the high school entrance ceremony, Aoi Kanie encountered a beautiful girl who literally fell from a tree. However, the girl had left behind a lost item and suddenly vanished. Shortly after, Aoi—ever the one caught up in unfortunate events—got involved in an accident, which delayed the start of his high school life.
Just as he was gearing up to settle into his new school life, he discovered that the girl sitting next to him was none other than the same beautiful girl he met on the entrance day: Konatsu Oota! When he tried to return her lost item, her behavior was strangely off.
