A story revolving around a certain high school afflicted by a "suicide epidemic."
Note: Despite being an adaptation of the Japanese movie Jisatsu Circle, the plot of the manga is significantly different.
1 Volume (Complete)

"i cant seem to point my finger into it but..."
hahaha i like this. i dont have an expectations maybe because i havent watched the movie so i will do just that. it was creepy as hell. the art was good and scary, enough details with the right amount of censorship. the teacher was my favorite character.
Yeah this was a good read, the story kept simple and at the same time complex, a bit like a thriller.
I never saw the movie, but seeing the manga is good enough for me, not because this is extremely scary, but i could say it's a bit disturbing to say the least.
I would like to see a greater reflection on these events but the pace just doesn't allow it, and it's a shame, it could provide a great thinking element instead of just a disturbing element.
The characters could have benefited from a bit more development, and the story too, i wanted more, but hey i can't complain, because overall this is good stuff.
The other thing that makes this good is obviously the art. Furuya Usamaru is extremely gifted, and while i was already a fan, this work convinced me even more.
Horror fans or psychological fans should give this one a go.
Finally read it.
And it was quite good.
I like different manga, and I wasn't dissapointed.
Nothing shocking for me, since I am used to the idea that people do "unthinkable" acts.
Counting the fact that the mangaka only had 1 month to write it, it turned out well.
I haven't wached the movie, though I would like to.
The characters were nice. The plot-quite predictable.
But it was good.
I'd recommend it to those who want something different.
And there wasn't much gore there, either~
The art was... Fine. Saya was quite pretty.
When I started watching the movie on which this manga is based, it seemed to be a gory, dark film but nothing special. Having finished the movie, I have to admit that it is rather thought-provoking, and greatly depicts the crazyness of the modern world and the possible dangers of a hazardous fashion.
Unfortunately, the manga doesn't really go into details, and the plot is more about the amount of blood than the emotional state of the characters and the society's influence on the individual. In spite of it, I really enjoyed reading the manga, since it is original and interesting in its way.
Things like these do happen.. reading this one grants its existence to be a possibility..
I don't know if I was looking forward to a good ending when it all started with something terrible and things that anyone doesn't deserve as such an age. Still, I kept on reading.
Short but surreal story about suicide with supernatural elements. I stumbled upon this by accident and ended up being haunted to finish it. The way Saya became Michiko and swayed the hearts of those in pain was reminiscent of cult leaders, quite chilling. I wonder if the movie has the same creepy vibe...
It's a creepy story of death, the supernatural and suicide. A bit open ended and vague, as said before, there were many unanswered questions.. It's enjoyable in a darker light.
