The storyline is great/has potential, but the FL does nothing for me. She’s emotionally unstable, mentally weak, and immature overall. She acts like a 16yo when she’s closer to 30 in reality. I read up to Chapter 30 and her whole persona was still annoying. I literally hate her as a heroine. All she does is cry and scream at people. Literally zero logical thought processes goes through her head. Speaking of zeros, I have ZERO respect for her, too. She lets her “fiancé” walk all over her and has no backbone.

She’s also so incredibly selfish/shameless. The author does a good job in hiding aspects of that in later Chapters (60+) under the guise of her trying to be a hero, but if you really read it and analyze her behaviors, she’s just a self righteous a-hole with no EQ. I was cringing every time she ran into an old high school acquaintance cuz her ability to fake being nice in order to get things out of them were so obvious to me as a reader and it gave me second hand embarrassment to watch things pan out.
