Too crowded for a one shot and it does not attempt in any way whatsoever to subvert or improve upon, by adding more nuance, to the stereotypes it uses. It is definitely cute though, but that’s just because of my own predilection for sweet mushy romances. Honestly, I have read better.

To anybody worried about the "Master-pet relationship" tag, it doesn't really feel like that? Like the master-pet thing feels more like an inside joke about their relationship? Anyways, overall, this one-shot was suuuuper cute. Definitely slice-of-lifey, definitely pretty dang cute. The art is really friggin nice too.

Really cute story and probably one of the few shounen-ai stories that didn't bore me right off the bat. There was just something about their chemistry that drew me in. It's a good read, and for a oneshot, you get a pretty good idea of their personalities and just how funny the two are when together.

This one-shot, even though I wish there was more action, is very sweet! Also, adding to the sweet story, Oki Ginjou's art is just absolutley beautiful! I highly recommend this story.
