For a story with an almost promising premise, the eventual development in this one-shot didn't live up to the set up hype. Near the end I could just roll my eyes at the pace things were going for they were too obvious to ignore. Despite all else I guess I could say I don't hate this series, mainly due to the cute chibis and extra characters - the classmates. I feel like they would've provided much more material for a spicier and juicier read, had they been designed their own stories. But then again it's usually inevitable for stories with dull characters to end up a little bit dull itself as well.
